Focusing on therapeutic treatments, I am an artisan Thai bodywork practitioner and teacher working with clients and teaching students to help others managing chronic tension and stress, recovering from injury and who want to use bodywork and holistic living as preventative self-care and treatment tools.
Using the holistic approach of traditional Thai bodywork and self-care resources from the Traditional Thai Medicine perspective, I assess and treat each client according to their unique situation and needs.
I completed bodywork training at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego, California; the Soma Institute in Buckley, Washington; and The Naga Center, LLC in Portland, Oregon, where I am an affiliated instructor. Additionally, I have over 300 hours of yoga teacher training from Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, North Carolina and training in Reusi Dat Ton.
I have been practicing traditional Thai bodywork since 2008, studying with several different teachers along the way, including specialized training in Thailand, and have made the study of Traditional Thai Massage and Medicine my primary focus in all of my bodywork education. I continue this commitment with ongoing study with my primary teachers, for whom I offer endless gratitude for their support, commitment and knowledge.
