In this 6-week series taught by Jessica Dafni, participants will learn the basic tools of self-care from the perspective of Traditional Thai Medicine and Reusi Dat Ton, a comprehensive system of exercises, postures, breathing, self-massage and joint mobilization. Together, we will explore the basic elements of Reusi Dat Ton and our daily habits, looking for doable ways to integrate consistent self-care into our lives on a daily basis. At the end of our time together, students will know how to give themselves a full-body self-massage, be familiar with breathing techniques and exercises for strengthening and nourishing and have a plan for focusing on healthy daily habits. Class size is limited to just 8 students.
