Wherever you are on your journey, our work together is intended to be the beginning of the lifelong pursuit of health. While active, this pursuit does not have to be arduous or based on grappling with health challenges; rather, it can be both fulfilling and inspiring as we develop trust, confidence and joy in our deepening skills, awareness and vitality.

Ways We Can Work Together

Acute and Chronic Pain management

In-Person Only

With an emphasis on addressing an immediate physical concern that disrupts daily life, program includes a weekly session for 3-4 consecutive weeks and a focus on improving practical awareness with strength and mobility training and Thai traditional bodywork (as needed) to slowly dissolve the dysfunctional patterns creating chronic pain in mind and body.

Example conditions: TMJ disorders, back pain, plantar fasciitis, sciatica pain, headaches, shoulder pain and more

Skills for Improvement and Prevention

In-Person or Online*

Health, happiness and vitality through daily living are the focus of this multi-week program that includes a weekly session for 3-4 consecutive weeks, seeking to address problems before they arise and optimize well-being through movement & breathing practices, habit transformation* and health factor awareness.*

Example scenarios: Low energy, digestive disturbances, sad about aging, poor breathing, posture or balance and more
